Curtis Webb was one of the founding chefs of the Vancouver Catering Company but is now busy with his new assignments as Sous Chef at Joe Fortes Restaurant in Vancouver.
Curtis is no longer providing catering services as part of Vancouver Catering Company.
He was formerly the Chef de Pardie at the Fairmont Waterfront Hotel in Vancouver. In 2005 he helped launch Browns Restaurant in North Vancouver. Curtis spent 2004 touring with the Player's Racing Team on the CART Indy Circuit. In between Indy races, he cooked at the Four Seasons Hotel in Toronto. Curtis cooked at the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver for 4 years prior to that.
Curtis is an expert at creating unique dinner events whether it's a special occasion like a 50th Birthday party or a Cinqo de Mayo party just for the fun of it. Curtis is passionate about food and will truly delight you with his custom creations. Expect a relaxed yet professional demeanor. Curtis has extensive sommelier training and can help you select the most appropriate wines for your menu selections.
